HOW WE WORK
Under the GSO process:
- An Affiliate achieves maximum cost savings through a procurement system that is measured by a client’s BAFO (Best and Final Offer) as the starting point with an existing supplier, and the Affiliate’s negotiated final price with the same supplier.
- The Subscriber returns a certain percentage of that savings back to the Affiliate.
- The GSO pays an additional portion of the retained savings to the Subscriber.
