Subscribers’ sourcing teams maintain full control over their negotiation process, utilizing their preferred strategies and methods to secure the best possible outcomes. They have the freedom to approach negotiations in the way that best suits their organization, ensuring that every opportunity is thoroughly explored. Only when the team feels they have fully leveraged their internal processes and believe no further savings can be achieved do they bring in the Affiliate.
At this stage, the proposal is handed over for a detailed analysis by the Affiliate. The Affiliate then applies their tools and expertise to identify any remaining potential savings. If additional savings are found, the Subscriber is given the option to decide whether they want the Affiliate to proceed with further negotiations. This approach ensures that Subscribers are in control from start to finish, only involving the Affiliate when they see fit, and always maintaining the final say on whether to move forward with additional negotiations.
